Horrific experience. He was aggressive, abrasive, dismissive and rolled his eyes when i told him my gi suggested i go to er. He was so upset that that was suggested. I was humiliated in front of the nurse and 2 parents, As he agessively told me theres no rason i should be there. Im not sure if it was a homophobic response. None the less all he cared about was getting me out of there after waiting 4.5 hours. Horrific littly man.
Zero bedside manner, if you want to be a doctor in an emergency department where people go there for emergencies (even if you don’t think it’s an emergency), he should have more compassion. Came to the ED for heavy bleeding at 13 weeks pregnant, waited 4 hours for him to see me for less than 5 minutes, not even go over my results with me (I had to check my mychart ultrasound results myself) and for him to say “well, you’re not miscarrying, at least for now. Dr. Tsang was very helpful, informative and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. He possesses both a pleasant personality and a very good bedside manner.
If I could give a negative 100 I would this little “man” was sooo rude and be Littled me as I’m crying with my baby and he’s talking about NG tubes something he clearly has no clue about I really don’t know how this little guy works in medical field I’ll never forget or forgive you you were absolutely horrible I’ve always loved Charlton my other er doctors are THE BEST they are so kind helpful get right to it go above and beyond I’ll make sure I never go wen this little man is working never ever again!
