Dr. Seifman has been totally committed to ensuring my care and treatment have been closely monitored, resulting in my being cancer free after one year of initiation of treatment.
Took time and Answered all questions
Dr. Seifman is acceptable, but this office is totally disorganized. They cancelled an appointment without our knowledge. Wait time for appointments and phone lines is unacceptable.
Dr. S answers questions fully and makes the patient feel comfortable.
I was taken care of promptly by his office staff and only waited a few minutes before he came in. My follow up appointments were also scheduled for convenient times.
Every thing was great, I was there a little bit earlier than I thought, got in , done and out.

He listened to me and we agreed on my Cancer treatment.
on-line check in was not effective! I utilized the pre-appt. check-in, yet every client had to produce their phone before to re-verify check in! There were 4 clients in line at 8:30, taking 15 to 20 minutes. There is a new check in procedure that is sent topatients 1 hour before your appointment, many did not have their phones, and the clerk made them use an i- pad to re-verify check in! Many were late to their appointments!
