Dr. Cronson treats both my husband and myself. I highly recommend him. My only complaint is with his office staff and phone service. That to me is minor in comparison to the excellent care and knowledge Dr Cronson brings to the table
Absolutely horrible doctor. Does not go over potentially life altering test results with you after they come in, and then makes horribly snide and inappropriate comments when you dare to bring issues and concerns to his attention. He is an embarrassment to the medical profession.
A+ for Dr.Cronson. From the onset of my kidney stones to the surgery, and follow up, he is as professional as they come and his bedside manner was how I like. Straight up, no ice.

The office staff is horrible! My husband had an appointment scheduled months in advance. He took off the morning of just to be told when we arrived that his appointment had been rescheduled to the afternoon. They called the day before and left a message to call back. When he called back, they said they were just confirming his appointment for the next day but NEVER mentioned the time change. The front desk receptionist was NOT apologetic or nice about it at all! I live in Knoxville TN. can anybody explain why I receive a card from Bay area Urology that they are moving. Pretty long drive for me to see a urologist there. STUPID!!!!!
Dr Cronson is very knowledgeable, kind and patient! He takes time to make sure you understand your diagnosis and treatment. He just performed my outpatient kidney stone procedure and I was pleased with his service.
Dr. Cronson is awesome, he spends time with you and answers all your questions that you might have, I’m so happy to be one of his patients he very thorough and he knows you feel comfortable as soon he walks in the exam room.
