Scheduling was quick and easy. Very professional and friendly staff. The wait was moderate, not too long. Dr Costello was such a great listener and helped set up my procedure which was done quick and painless. They have an auto-call to let me know an rx was called in. Best medical experience in 4 years in Florida.
I was tremendously impressed with Dr. Costell. He was knowledgeable, smart, sensitive, comprehensive, patient, and easy to talk to. Thanks to him, I believe my siblings and I are close to finally understanding (and treating) our mother's complex neurological issues. Dr. Costell has my highest recommendation.
Best ever. Have gone to him for years for migraines and have such success with his treatment. Have very few migraines now. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Costell is very professional, knowledgeable and confident. His "bed-side manner" is a 10+ We drove from Jacksonville just to see him. I highly recommend him.
Never met the Dr so this review is about the office staff.My daughter with MS was referred to the office for Lemtrada infusion,the office personnel called and made appointment for her to come in for a pre infusion visit,after waiting a month for the appointment we went today only to be told they don't take her insurance,they claimed they thought it was a different insurance but when I looked on the paperwork faxed over it had the correct insurance they were not even nice about it,
Very unhappy with my office visit. Could not get an official diagnosis from another neurologist, so I came to Dr. Costell for a second opinion, which was a joke. He did not take my symptoms seriously and prescribed me Zoloft. A week later I was diagnosed with a mild form of Guillain barre syndrome. The DR who diagnosed me said, of course a young woman coming in with mild GBS symptoms would be diagnosed w/ anxiety. He thought I was anxious, but I was suffering from a systemic autoimmune disorder.
