First time bust with Dr. Wiersema. Thorough, listened to me treated me with respect. Gave me options & recommendations that made sense & were the least invasive.
This was a follow-up on my hip replacement. All went well , I was very pleased. Dr Wiersema had done my left hip in 2016 , I was so excited with that outcome, there was no doubt whom would be doing my right hip. He is very forthcoming with information, making you feel comfortable ,all around pleasant, caring person.
My experience with Dr Wiersema & his complete staff was such a great experience, especially in a world of lost customer service. Staff and Dr so upbeat & positive along with being an amazing surgeon makes for a great experience.
Very impressed with my whole visit. After check in, less than 5 minutes for xray, less than 5 minutes before being interviewed by nurse, and only a couple of minutes before seeing the doctor to review xray, have an exam and have treatment options explained. Everyone was friendly and courteous.
