I have been a patient of Dr. Shook for almost 10 years. He and his staff are highly experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. I would highly recommend them.
Dr. Shook and his staff have been prompt to each appointment. He is the only doctor I’ve had who has thanked me for allowing him to be my doctor. I am very pleased with the outcome of treatment on the skin cancer on my ankle. I would recommend Dr. Shook and his staff and will continue to see them regularly. Very happy he’s in The Woodlands.

I've only seen Dr. Shook once , and if not for his explanation that he was in surgery, I would not be back. I was there for 1and1/2 hours. Had a nurse come back and told me he was in surgery, I wouldn't have minded, but when she left the room she said the Dr. would be in shortly. He cam an hour later and I was never told anything until he apologized. I did like him and believe what he told me to do will help my problem.
Dr. Shook performed MOHS surgery for removal of a Squamous Cell carcinoma from the end of my nose. the procedure was done very skillfully and professionally with an excellent result. His staff is also excellent.
Had basal cell cancer removed (repeat customer), and overall a very good experience. Dr Shook is always efficient, friendly, and professional. Nurse, Caroline, was extremely efficient and accommodating. Scheduler, Charlene, was very efficient, friendly, and thorough.
Husband had so skin cancer removed from his check. Dr Shook and his ENTIRE staff were wonderful! They all took their time to explain what was going on and what was gonna happen. YES! I/we recommend them highly!!! Thank You. ??
Dr. Shook and his staff were above amazing. They did not rush things, they answered all of my questions, understood I was a bit scared and anxious and were so patient and calm. They explained everything. Dr. Shook spoke with me before, during and after the procedure and has a great bedside manner. Debbie one of his nurses was FANTASTIC and truly cared.
