Dr. Shook removed basal cell carcinoma skin cancer out of my face, right under my eye and it is a very sensitive area but him and his nurse handled it extremely well! They made sure that I was comfortable and that I felt the least amount of pain possible! They made sure that I understood everything that was going to happen! Appointment started right on time. Both Dr Shook and Joan were excellent communicators. They were caring and competent.
What stood out the most for me was the Dr and assistant spoke to me not at me. They both listened and explained everything at both initial visit and following visit procedure. Very appreciative especially now when individual care is like an assembly line at most practices. Definitely would recommend!
