Jacobus is the worst doctor I have ever went to. He doesn't seem to care about his patients. Don't trust this Doctor with your life or loved ones.
The best doctor our family has ever had! Dr. Jacobus really cares about his patients. We have had some real sickness in our family, and he treated us with love and respect. We consider him our family. The staff was very compassionate. I will refer my friends to him. He is very knowledgable and helpful. He does run a little late at times because he is well liked and spends time with his patients.
Wow! I can't believe a lot of people think the same way as I do about this DR. Jacobus is very full of himself. I try to avoid going to him at all costs. He does only pay attention to the nurses and discuss his personal plans. I am limited what I could type. What doctor wears a lot of cologne? This guy does. Don't go to this guy. He is only in this profession for the money, nothing more.
This Dr. need to just give it up and everyone in his office as well until they can all get it right on who paying who for what. With out the people they have no job.
The staff does not need a 2 hour lunch period where nobody will answer the phone EVER! It is truly annoying when you are calling and not a soul will answer the phone. Doctors should be available during business hours. He is not very knowledgable and if they have to look up terms as to what you have something is wrong.
As a nurse that has worked with this doctor, it seems he absolutely does not care about his patients. Choose someone else to be your family's GP.
Staff unfriendly- hard to get a hold of. Doctor is ok-but does not seem to remember his patients-each time you go YOU have to tell him what you have done-doesn't check his charts. However is quick to send you to a speaclists if needed. Been going to him because he is the nearest one in our insurance group for over 12 years and he still can't remember me!!! Last time I was there he told me it was nice meeting me-slip of the tongue? Now his office moved and was to open up at 10 on 4/6/09, I have been calling them every 15 mins... read more
I love his bedside manner. He is not only knowledgable but very compassionate. The best.
