Very thorough and informative.
Ever visit with my doctors is met with attention to details with every aspect of my life. Ask about me, my health, my family, how the kids are doing. Knows us personally and by name an absolute blessing to our family.
I've always gone in person for visits but unfortunately work a lot of hrs to keep this service. Price raising suprised me.
He is very relatable. He takes time with me to answer all my questions. I feel confident and safe in his care. The MDVIP program is amazing.

Dr Jacobus takes time with his patients. He listens and cares very much. I’ve seen him with other patients and he makes us all feel important. When I had to be hospitalized while he was on vacation, he was in constant touch. Not many people have a Dr like that.
I all ways have good visit.He really helps alot with all the different heath problems I have.Hes Great Doctor and the staff is awesome.
Dr. Jacobus is one of the best healthcare providers I’ve seen. He is friendly, personable, and takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns. The staff are all wonderful, and the offices are new and modern. Joining MDVIP for my health is the best thing I’ve done for myself recently!
Not good!!!!! Dropped as patients and now see he accepts multiple insurance plans. He plain lied that he was getting out of the network. I can guess he drops patients as he messes up their health. I have never been as angry with multiple doctors I have seen in my life. I wish my husband never knew of this doctor that shortened his life with a mistake he made with a med. he prescribed. Sad, sad, sad experience with this guy!!
