RecommendedThe Dr was amazing. The receptionist was a 3 at best. She said that they were not participating providers for my insurance which is VSP and right on the website says that they are. Wasn’t going to argue with her. The last receptionist was much better and knowledgeable.
The equipment is filthy, I had to ask for the test glasses to be cleaned before putting them on. The receptionist and the doctor both humiliated me when they questioned me on my contacts. I left mid appointment in tears. I've worked in healthcare for 14 years and this is not how it is supposed to be done. You are supposed to have a trusting relationship with your patients. Dr. Terry was really nice and took my wife's concerns seriously, which the last Dr. did not.
Brandy was great. She took her time and let me try some new contacts and some colored ones as well. She is the only one I will let check my eyes and I will be telling everyone I know about her. Also very nice as well. Thank you.
Dr. Brandy is terrific -- personable, explains things well, and doesn't lecture you when she sees you using your glasses as a hair band. :*) Seriously: she's great. Check her out @ Costco.
