The staff is great. Not only because they are friendly, but they have also made it easy for me change my appointments whenever I needed without much hassle. Dr. Elkins is very personable and made me feel very comfortable with my cataract surgery. He even made sure to help create credit card payments and processing that worked for me. High recommendations!
I had cataract surgery in both eyes, and believe it or not I didn't realize how blind I was until I had surgery with Dr. Elklins and I could see again. Dr. Elkins did an amazing job of preparing me for the operation. He told me what would happen, he told me it would be painless, as it was. 5 minutes after the operation, when I opened my eyes the difference was night and day. Thank you very much Dr. Elkins.

I have been a patient of Dr. Elkins for almost four years. I had issues with my eyes where I was over-tearing and Dr. Elkins fixed everything. Everything is normal now, and I would recommend Dr.Elkins to my own friends and family.
Whenever I go to his office, he makes me feel comfortable. I had lasik in in Dec. 09 and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Whole process was very smooth - Dr. Elkins and staff were smooth and helpful the entire way. I have been seeing Dr. E since high school. I only wish I had done the lasik earlier!
Always a pleasure to go in there. Everyone is very kind, and the staff is always fun. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially after getting my Lasik done. He said it would come out perfect and it actually did. I had a bump around the eye because of surfing for over 30 years and he was able to do the surgery around the hinge with no problem.
Dr. Elkins is just an awesome guy. He is an amazing surgeon; I had cataract surgery for both eyes with him and my vision is perfect now because I have depth perception again! I have gone to him for a number of years and there is no else I would rather go to Dr. than Elkins.
I took my cousin to see Brad Elkins and our experience was far from satisfying. We were treated rudely by the staff and my cousin’s exam was rushed and issues were left unresolved or unexplained. I personally know two patients who left the practice of Brad Elkins in frustration, including one who is a healthcare professional himself and knows something about good bedside manner and medical integrity. I cannot recommend Brad Elkins to anyone based on level services he had provided for me. Avoid at all cost,I had to file compliant with Board of Optometry and consumer affair with fraudulent insurance charges and unethical behavior of OAV and DR Elkins. DR Elkins care more about getting paid than proper service. Constantly bill me for exam i did not ask for or i did eventually OAV reverse VSP charges after several complaints I suppose to have comprehensive exam and all he did was a slit-lamp exam and pressure test.
