Basicly, he's a great doctor with one of the nastiest office staffs on the island. Waits are one hour plus easy. He is popular and he is good. Probably the best on the island. Their staff is not friendly at all, and won't go out of the way, other than to ignore you. I never feel welcome there. I felt like my needs are met by the doctor, the staff is in another world. The office was very easy to locate and there's plenty of parking in the area. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
Brad Elkins is a truly unethical individual. This man, a poor excuse for a healer, permanently damaged my eyes and yet he has the nerve to hire a reputation management company to flood Internet review sites with duplicate and phoney positive reviews under multiple account names. Sure, he can attempt to fabricate a glowing reputation based on unprincipled actions, but he lacks character and will have to live with himself knowing the tremendous suffering he caused his patients.
Would you recommend this ophthalmologist to others? Yes
Dr. Elkins practically saved my life in during my last visit. He recognized a major issue, then he sent me to see my doctor immediately. I was a walking stroke waiting to happen and thanks to Dr. Elkins we caught this issue before it got more serious. Of course, I would recommend Dr. Elkins to any one. Thanks to him and his professionalism I've avoided serious problems that have to do with my eyes and overall health.

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! My entire family and I have been seeing Dr. Elkins for over 5 years now. I first took my two girls who were in need of glasses before their new school year began. Dr. Elkins not only examined them in a comfortable manner, but we were able to get them contacts and glasses from their office too. The staff is kind and wait times are not bad either. High reccomendations!
I have been seeing him for over 10 years, and there is no aspect of his work or his operations that I was not overly delighted with. From the staff to my surgeries, everything was smooth and efficient.
Dr. Elkins is a real professional and great doctor. His explanations are always very thorough and he is extremely patient...a rarity these days.
