Wow, I thought it was just me, but now that I've read other reviews I feel a lot better. The office staff was extrememly nice, organized and accomodating. Dr. Elkins, while I respect his knowledge and background, his "bedside" manner is in need of some adjusting. Doesn't mean that he didn't properly diagnose my condition and help me...he did, but I left his office feeling like he didn't care at all what my concerns were, my medical history or if I had any questions. Brad Elkins is a truly unethical individual. This man, a poor excuse for a healer, permanently damaged my eyes and yet he has the nerve to hire a reputation management company to flood Internet review sites with duplicate and phoney positive reviews under multiple account names. Sure, he can attempt to fabricate a glowing reputation based on unprincipled actions, but he lacks character and will have to live with himself knowing the tremendous suffering he caused his patients.
Not at all a good experience. Brad Elkins has a bit of a "chip on his shoulder," and basically has the attitude that a patient needs to just do what he says without question. He seemed reluctant to take the time to really explain things to me satisfactorily. His tone is condescending and his bedside manner is unprofessional. He frequently, seemingly without awareness, raised his voice during my exam whenever I pressed him for more information regarding my issues.
