My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted. The whole experience was a nightmare. There was no follow-up from the doctor (McLain) or office after the surgery. She had a reaction to the medication that was prescribed and I was told "no one in this business makes follow-up calls and I should have read the information that comes from the pharmacy when you pick up medications". Dr. Tomasetti is a wonderful oral surgeon! Great bedside manner, and sweet as can be.
Very kind goes out of his way to refer me to Dr. in my town an hour away!
doctors office mislead me about the cost covered by insurance company. As a result my out of pocket cost was much higher then quoted. Of course this was found out after the work was done. Also personaly did not like the doctor and will not go back to have the implant put in. Service from front desk and billing staff third rate. Stay away from tnis office.
