My visit today was top of the line 5 star. From the front desk to the Dr and assistant. Everyone was very comforting and professional. It actually help easy the pain. LOL
There are not enough words to describe the comfort given by the wonderful group of professionals at Dr. Bob's William Street location. Beginning with the most amazing and caring office manager to the patient and understanding Dentist with his great assistants, the entire experience is better than you could ever imagine! The staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Jason made me feel extremely comfortable during a root canal.
Online scheduling, convenient location, and extremely personable staff. Courtenay at the front desk was a joy to meet, and I appreciated the affable nature and knowledge of my hygienist, Magda. I hadn't been to see a dentist in awhile and I'm happy to say this was a great experience overall!
