Had a great experience! Doc Martin was very nice and explained everything in plain language for a plan of attack. Came here for a partial replacement that I broke, was asked if I had any issues and I told him I had some sensitivity with cold drinks then found out apparently I have five cavities after digital x-rays we're done which explains things because I haven't been to a dentist in quite a while. Yesterday was my first visit to Dr Bob’s — I lucked out and got an appointment at the Cheektowaga office. I’d never left the dentist in a great mood before; this was a first! From the folks on the phone and at the front desk, to both the hygienist (I can’t remember her name, it starts with a J and she was great) and Dr Martin taking time to address all my questions…I was so impressed and am looking forward to coming back. No one is a fan of the dentist but Dr Martin is so easy going and gentle no matter the procedure. We LOVE our hygienist Char, she’s amazing and we are lucky to have her!
