So, there’s a big push for clients to agree to a cancellation fee with no stipulation as to what would be considered an exception (weather, illness, etc.). First we were texted about it and then we (my mother and I) were told if we didn’t sign off on a new document agreeing to the cancellation fee we would be denied service when we arrived for our most recent appointment.
