The staff from the very beginning were friendly and welcoming. The tech that cleaned my teeth was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The Dentist was very nice and explained what needs to be done to one of my teeth. I will be recommending to my family and friends. Thank you to the entire staff.

Shocked to have my teeth sanded in the process. No explanation of process beforehand. Received a bill with only total amount paid. I would like to receive another paid bill with detailed transactions listed. When I got home, I had an email with post-op instructions on anesthesia which I did not receive. Hope I was not charged for that. Please send me a detailed bill.
The staff at Dr Bobs are very pleasant from beginning to end of my visit. They make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. We sure could use more places like Dr Bob's office.
