We highly recommend Dr. Beth Williams. She is gentle & knowledgeable when treating my 14 year old daughter. Sports can be hard on a growing body, Dr. Williams is quick to get her in working order. She also teaches my daughter healthy ways to stretch and treat her sore body. The facility is inviting and calming.
Dr. Binder offers chiropractic services in pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric treatments after birth. She is also training to become a midwife to complete the conception/pregnancy/birth cycle. Not only caring in her practice, Dr. Binder extends her knowledge and business acumen to other female entrepreneurs! Thanks for all you do, Chrisi 💯
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Binder. Not only is she a wonderful chiropractor that takes pride in her skill and patients, but she is truly a beautiful person inside and out. Dr. Binder has a beautiful office that makes you and your entire family feel welcome. I’ve been seeing Dr. Binder since I was pregnant and now my son is almost 10 months old and he loves going to see her too.
The reviews are so accurate, Dr. Binder is a talented chiropractor and such a sweet woman! I sought her out after struggling with migraines. I chose elevation because of the stellar reviews on yelp! I would recommend her to anyone! A plus is that the university of South Dakota is both our Alma Mater! Go Yotes!

Love Dr. Binder for my prenatal chiropractic care!! She specializes in the Webster Technique for pregnancy and has made a HUGE difference in my pregnancy!!! She also adjusts my 8 year old and he looks forward to each adjustment. His words “it’s a fun way to feel better!” � The play area in the office is wonderful and all 3 of my kiddos tag along to my appointments and Dr. Binder kindly accommodates this. Highly recommend for prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care!!!

I have been going to Dr. Binder for months now and I could not be happier! I chose her because I was planning on becoming pregnant and wanted somebody that specializes in this area. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and she has been phenomenal! The environment is so calm and welcoming. I feel like I could hang out there all day. She has a play area for children and my 2 year old loves going there every week! I highly recommend her to anybody that needs a chiropractor!
