this place has definitely gone down hill.My family and I used to look forward to our annual eye exams when the lady doctor and her more professional staff was here. The morale of the place definitely has changed. The woman at the front desk is so very very unprofessional, all of a sudden, even though she has worked there for years

If you're a fan of having your time wasted and being treated unprofessionally, this is a fantastic eye doctor. I called over a month ago to set up an eye exam and was patronized by a woman who told me that my insurance would be accepted. A month later -- and a day before the appointment -- I got a call from a much nicer woman saying that they were having trouble finding me in the system, but that I would be fine and to bring my insurance card with me to my appointment.
