The front office staff is cold and lack compassion. Dr Gill used an unecessary and outdated testing method according to my new Doctor. Then Dr Gill was unavailable to return my phone call as he was on a trip. His back up Doctor was unable to help me alleviate the pain cause by the procedure for over 5 days. I had to go to the ER to relieve the excrutiating pain. Due to my negative experience with this doctor, I do not recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Berry is a wonderful doc. He has treated me with courtesy and concern. The man these others are referring to I have never met. He performed surgery to remove a tumor on my jaw. He's been right there for me all the way. I will stay with him should I need an ENT in the future!
Wow - I can't believe the bad ratings I see on her for Dr. Berry. We had a fantastic experience with him for our daughter's adenoidectomy. He listened to our problems and was very professional. He was the first person that made us feel like they were listening to us. We are making another appointment for our son next month and will be very interested in his demeanor.
I have been a patient of Dr.Berry's for years- even when he was at the General Booth location. I have seen 2 other ENT's in the area previously before then. I can tell you there is no comparison. After seeing the previous ENT Dr. before him- we struggled for year with little progress. Upon changing to Dr. Berry- He was the only one to successfully diagnose my sons ear problem, as well as another patient we referred. He is knowledgeable, and kind. Has always suggested the latest medication that he feels will help me. Willing to answer any question in a manner able to understand.
A+. Dr. Gill has been my neurologist for 2 1/2 years and I cannot express how blessed I am to have found him and his office staff. I have been to many doctors due to my disease and by far, Dr. Gill and the office staff, are exceptional. I feel as if I am their only patient- in every appt and communication. Not only is Dr. Gill professional and compassionate, he is knowledgeable about my condition and how it affects me personally. I have been seeing Dr.Berry for years. He is a great Doctor. He spends time with his patience and he answers all my question that i have for him. I would recommend him to anybody that need to go see an ENT or Allergist. I also get my allery shots right there in his office
All Dr. Gill cares about is that he gets his money. Will quote you one price and then bill you another. Not compassionate about a person's situation. They charge you for every little thing. Have not dealt with a doctor like this before.
big fan of himself!!!! Tried to schedule surgery without even asking if I wanted to go that route like he was calling all of the shots. I think he needs to remember that he is hired by his patients not the other way around. So he was fired
