I called Dr. Berry's office to make an appt. for my daughter. She is a particular issue with her throat. Spoke with the receptionist who informed me the Dr. does not deal with asthma. Clearly she wasn't listening to what I was telling her. Informed her again about my daughter's throat issue. She had to call me back and discuss it with the nurse. I think that Dr. Berry is absolutely professional! He solved my sinus problems and I am grateful. I am angered at people slamming him for doing his job. He is a great doctor and does his job, he is not supposed to be your best friend. I respect him and I am glad to be his patient now and forever more! :-)
The only problem I had is there is usually a significant lag between the time of the appointment and the time I get seen. Otherwise, I think he is a good doc.
He cannot be bothered by patients that have a problem. He is dismissive, a little sarcastic and will not refer patients out to someone who could help. There is no reason to go to this doctor except for an allergy shot.
This man is absolutely horrible. If you need an ENT specialist, do NOT see this doctor. He was EXTREMELY late (I waited 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time before I was seen) and does not even bother to apologize. He is very rude and abrasive. He feels superior to everyone including his own staff. He speaks to his patients harshly, and ridicules them.
