Been going there for about 3 years now. Thought Dr. Accettola would be intimidating but rather the opposite. He's gentle, takes his time with you and truly does make you feel like you are his only patient. To top it off, the lady who does the echograms is equally as nice and comforting and then there's Amy...the nurse practitioner...I feel totally comfortable with her. She's equally as gentle and she makes me feel like she really knows me but she's serious about my heath and will stick it to me when she has too. I love seein... read more
This Doc is a real good one. Very knowledgeable, and very kind. I wish he had spent a little more time explaining things. Again, problems with his staff. He needs to address the staff who cant seem to get accounting right. So frustrating to see a good Doc lose patients because of the staff!
Though Doc Iams is great, his practice staff sucks. No one answers calls or returns, huge attitude when you get away from the medical side. be careful withnthem
Outstanding Surgeon and staff. Very cordial, explains procedures in lay terms. Provided exceptional care.
Wait was over an hour to be seen, then the doctor only spent 5 minutes with me. He barely even looked at me and said he couldn't do anything for me. He didn't thoroughly examine me and he didn't order any tests. So, I have no idea how he came to that conclusion. Very frustrating, now I have to find another ENT and wait weeks or months to get in. Don't waste your time with this doctor.
My PCP recommend him, not too impressed. He refuses to releive my back pain. Been there once and already have an erronous charge. Looking for another Doc.
Dr. Berry is a great doctor. He quickly diagnosed my thyroid problem, operated and removed the cancerous half of my thyroid. On a Sunday afternoon, he called me and asked if I would like to have the drain removed. I jumped at the chance to have it removed early. He didn't have to do that. He has also cared for my Wife and my best friend. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Gill was a decent doctor, but the real problem is his staff. I can't believe he still employs some of these folks. The staff are extremely rude and quite lazy. I asked them to reply to my online pharmacy request and they indicated they wouldn't as this took time away from the doctor. After going there 4 times I said no more and cancelled my future appointments.
