I couldn't give Dr. JOU higher ratings!! His front staff won't answer the phone or call you back. I've been in the office quiet low pace how can they take days to call you back. He's to good of doctor to let bad staff take you down.
Dr. Bill L. Jou, MD in Temecula, California Is a very wonderful Doctor! I have been seeing him for now maybe 6 years or more. He has very good bedside manner. I must say he is very kind, understanding and really listens to what you have to say. A very good man. Also, his staff have always been very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I won't be seeing him any longer, I have moved to Arizona.
Although I have seen dr Bill only one time. I think is a good doctor however It is so hard to schedule an appointment. I am planning phone tag with this office. No one is available any time in scheduling department to answer your call. Also, they are keep sending my lab orders with incorrect name which caused delays in my lab work.
Front desk staff and billing department are absolutely terrible. I was recently sent a bill from an office visit 6 years ago which I had already paid. Tried to call their billing dept 3 times to discuss. Nobody ever answers or returns calls. I stopped seeing this doctor because of this.
The staff and Dr Jou went out of their way for me in a very touchy situation! I was having difficulty get the medications I needed and the staff moved heaven and earth for me ! I appreciate them so very much!!
