I have had two major operations with Dr Das - I obtained a second opinion, and I am very thankful that I did. Dr Das saved my life and was extremely attentive. However over the last visits it is obvious that Victoria his assistant is being stressed and she was called away from attending to me by another doctor in the practice. Dr Das recently told me that he was leaving UTphysicians, and I, for one, am glad. Dr Das is the best and I wish him well and will follow him to his new practice.

Dr. Bidhan Das managed my hemorrhoid surgery with incredible expertise, even though the administrative support at UT sometimes fell short. Let me tell you, finding out you need surgery for diverticulitis can knock the wind out of your sails. Never thought I’d chat freely about anal fistula surgery, but here we are. Dr. Das is the real deal. He’s got this minimally invasive approach down pat, which meant less mess and less fuss for me. Please do not let the positive ratings fool you. He's an arrogant surgeon who literally is the biggest reason my dad passed away. He lied about the colostomy, made jokes about how he would die post surgery and to feed him whatever he wanted. This man has no scrupples. As a medical professional, like myself he should understand the implications of the surgery and no mislead. He has a father and I pray he has the same fate due to karma.
