I have only had contact with the nurse practitioner she is wonderful. The front office is a nightmare! They charged me for a co-pay...I'm on Medicare, there isn't a co-pay.Sultan insisted that the co-pay be paid,then they would file the claim and refund the co-pay after the medicare claim was paid. My family has tried to contact them several times regarding the refund and have not been successful. We have been told twice that the check would be mailed.I'm on a fixed income, I need my refund

Dr. Sattar is fantastic! She has a lot of knowledge and truly cares about her patients. The staff is great too, with one major exception. There is a man, probably the doctor's father, that works there. The only word that truly describes him is RUDE. Over the last few years, he has spoken to me and my family very unprofessionally on several occasions when we have been nothing but polite. We kept going back because we loved Dr. Sattar. But after the last rude conversation, we will be leaving.

I was with the same doctor for many years. But in January 2015, new health insurance required a change so I chose Dr. Sattar. She scammed me by ordering routine tests, then making me schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss the results. This wasted my time, let alone the small co-pay, and the health insurer was probably gouged too. Several in the waiting room were also there for follow-ups.
