I was referred to this provider by my PCP. VERY VERY VERY RUDE DOCTOR WITH LOTS OF ATTITUDE. He would not give proper information about the procedure and he is more into proving his self right. Doctor should provide all information about the procedure as specially with aged patients. Gwinnett Clinic should think about replacing this provider as he doesnt have idea how to treat aged patients and answer any question they may have rather then keep arguing and trying to prove his self right. Was referred to this GI doc by my PCP. His manners left a lot to be desired and I would not want to be under anesthesia getting an invasive procedure performed by him. Beyond that, his front desk staff seemed incompetent. They overcharged me on my copay by $50 according to my explanation of benefits (I had asked them about it at the appointment because I never had to pay such a high copay for any specialist but they claimed to have contacted my insurance company and verified the amount) and now I have to hound them to try to... read more
Planning to sue. Didn’t preform a procedure that I ask for but instead pretended and billed my insurance.
The lady in the front is so rude she is mad all the time I’m glad I changed the office not to see her any more
I am a patient with Dr I and found him to be attentive, humble and compassionate. His staff is professional, his back office is solid, and his prep team is amazing. The Endoscopy and Colonoscopy were quick, Wendy in prep is AMAZING, and I enjoyed the experience (as much as anyone can ;-) ) I have NO idea what ax the others are grinding. I did my paperwork, moved quickly through the process and saw a very compassionate staff help a geriatric patient.
