Incompetent. Could give 0 stars if I could. Such a waste of time. Go to a REAL specialist. Him and his staff are unreliable and tell you to make an appointment but they never make sure to actually order what you need for your appointment and you show up and they have to reschedule because they can't do anything themselves.
