I went there on March 20, 2025. They had me lay down on a table to test my ears. Put a funnel in each ear with hot schrill noise. Ever since then, my ears buzz very loud and schrill! I googled the test and it said the test Candi that for two weeks and if it does not stop to call the doctor. I kept calling and calling leaving messages and finally a woman answered and said I’d gave to make appointment. Dr. Benjamin McGrew Has been nothing but wonderful. He has done my ear surgery three times now and has done a fantastic job. There is no other doctor like him. Thank you for being so honest and doing an amazing job
Dr. McGrew performed two of my surgeries. One of those being a Right Suboccipital Craniotomy to remove a large skull based tumor. Both surgeries have been successful. I have so much gratitude for Dr. McGrew. He is an exceptional surgeon and highly skilled. He has always been compassionate, answered all my questions and concerns throughly and taken the best care of me. His staff is just as genuine. They are always helpful and quick to take care of anything I need.
Smart, compassionate surgeon with a good bedside manner. Entire office staff is also friendly, caring, and efficient.
The office staff is very friendly and does a great job! I wish I could say the same for Dr. Mcgrew. Unfortunately I wouldn’t even take a stray dog to Dr. Mcgrew. I was recommended to him, and wish I had been recommended to a different doctor in the office and maybe my experience would have been better. His bedside manner is terrible; he doesn’t listen, cuts you off, and seems to be under the impression he’s the best there is.
