What I noticed most about Dr. Greene was his polite and professional interaction with his staff, in particular, his hygienist. I have had basic cleaning and also crowns done. Top notch treatment every time. Front office staff is friendly and everyone is easy to chat with. A+ rating for me!!!
Worst dentist ever. There was not one filling that was done that I did not have to go back at least twice to have him fix.
they try to rush and get as many patients in and out as possible so there is very little attention to detail.
I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Complete waste of money.
The staff was very nice and the office was ok, a bit outdated. I was given full xrays even though I had been to my old dentist recently and had charts. They said they had to do it. When I saw the Dr Green he proceeded to tell me that I had 8 cavities. They were very pushy about me scheduling right away. I followed up with a hygenist then another dentist and did not have cavities. A month later I recieved a call saying I needed to schedule for fillings from my visit the previous week. No thanks!

I have been visiting Dr. Benjamin Greene’s office twice a year for the last few years, just for teeth cleaning.
The hygienist Julie is very nice and professional, and I was always happy with the result.
Every time I would get this done Dr. Greene kept insisting that I need to have fillings done to my upper teeth (5th and 6th), even though I never had any problems with those teeth and they never bothered me. So, finally after years of warnings I decided to trust Dr. Greene and get the teeth fixed.

One loose tooth was to be required and before I knew it he had crowns on TEN OF MY TEETH for $15,000. WHY, I have no idea....My front teeth were perfect and now they are destroyed. Terrible outcome and now I am in terrible pain.
I received treatment from Dr. Greene for veneers in 2006 and not only was he a bad dentist as the veneers were poorly made and resulted in pain but he had the bedside manner of a pig. He was very unprofessional and I would not recommend him to anyone in the future. This dentist only cares about filling his own pockets. Beware!
INCOMPETENT. TERRIBLE. JACKASS. My root canal failed and formed an abscess. I found out when I visited a different dentist and they said it was done poorly. They referred me to an Endodontist whose X-Rays showed the cause to be the root was not fully removed. Dr. Benjamin Green also put a filling in the visible side of a front tooth and later remarked that he had in fact done it on the wrong side. He said, "Whoops, why'd we do that?"
