I highly recommend Dr. Bittner. He took the time to examine my eyes thoroughly. I’ve been getting eye exams since I was 20 years old and never did any other doctor test my eyes as he did. He found some major issues and had to compute some prism angles for alignment. I have found my new eye doctor. Thank you Benjamin..!!
I have been seeing Dr Bittner for a few years. All previous experiences were 5 stars. Something went terribly wrong this time. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment as they requested. I then had to wait 45 minutes before my initial exams. Sometime later I met with the doctor for my regular exam. He had no information about my exam from my ophthalmologist even though I had requested, through their website, to reach out for that information. The Dr was great, but the lady that assisted in finding me a pair of glasses was very rude, in a rush, and dismissive of my questions regarding a charge on my bill that she stated was required by law for me to get on my glasses if I am under 21. After some research I learned that is not true at all and I called to speak with a manager the manager confirmed that she could in fact remove the charge and it was not required. I highly recommend Human Eyes! There is no better place for caring people and professional atmosphere. They have a wonderful selection of frames as well.
My recent visit to Hunan Eyes Vision Center with Dr. Bittner was an excellent experience. This is only my second visit since relocating to S.C. and the practice far exceeds my expectations. All state of the art equipment, extremely professional staff. I left fully informed and understanding my vision status. Thank you all at Human Eyes.
