I have been going here for about 3 years. The staff is very nice. My favorite person is Joyce she help’s me pick out glasses . She takes her time fitting the glasses. The place is very clean.
Great place! I got taken back immediately. The Dr. was very thorough with my exam. The staff were pleasant, fun, engaging and impressively helpful. They had a great selection of frames, too. I had a great experience.
I have been going to Dr. Bittner for 5 years and was always happy till now. In January I had my annual eye check up and instead of Dr. Bittner I saw some woman. I wanted to try multi focal contacts. She sent me home without any because they had to be ordered. I went back after they came in and it’s as if she totally forgot me. I put in those contacts and went home. Great customer service, newest technology, great doctors. Joyce is wonderful with customers, very attentive and makes it right.
I have to say that going to this place, was the WORST experience I have ever had! I don't think anyone in that place has a nice demeanor. I never feel comfortable with anyone of them. They don't have a personality that makes you feel welcome. I was there for my yearly appointment back in June. I had to obtain a new prescription and new glasses.
