Have been a patient of Dr Bittner for many, many years. Always thorough, explains everything and takes his time.
The doctors were great—professional, knowledgeable, and caring. My only complaint is with the receptionist in the eyeglasses department. He seemed uninterested and didn’t even want to talk to us. At one point, I mentioned that we had to leave soon because I had to get to work, but we stayed for a few more minutes to look at more glasses. He then asked, “Weren’t you in a hurry?” It came across as if he wanted us to leave, which made us feel unwelcome. I just want to express how grateful I am for the entire staff. From the receptionist, Ms. Joyce and Dr. McEntee. I am down in Myrtle Beach for vacation and the beach decided to eat my only pair of glasses!! Yikes! But, thankfully they did not allow my vacation to get ruined. They got me set up with contracts same day! And glasses will be shipped to my home! I am so thankful and appreciative for their kindness and prompt response! You guys are amazing! Thank you again!!!
Dr. Bittner and his staff were absolutely top notch! I wish I had found them when I moved here in 2015! I finally have the correct prescription because Dr. Bittner took his time with me during my appointment. I definitely recommend Dr. Bittner and his staff!!!
