The staff was helpful. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was comfortable, though the doctor is sometimes rushed.
They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I have been going to see Dr. Cohen for over 10 years. He found the melanoma on the exam and diligently checks my entire body. He is a warm, caring individual. Unless you are the type that enjoys being rushed out of an office in 30 seconds or less, then I would say you will enjoy your visit. Visited the doctor with my 7 yr. old daughter for what I thought was eczema. The doctor barely asked any background questions, looked at my daughter's skin for less than 30 seconds and rushed us out of the office with a script.
