They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The negative reviews I see here are really confusing because my experience was great! Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to confirm the appointment so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were so kind and attentive to me and the staff is very professional with a great sense of humor!! They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They definitely didn't answer all of my questions. Maybe one or two, but I definitely needed more information. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
