You are never just a number with Dr. Al-Awabdy. Prior to coming into the exam room he goes over your file so he knows what your issues are and what has been done prior to your appointment. He is pleasant, asks related health questions and provides answers. He makes it a point to ask if there is anything you don’t understand before he prescribes either medication or a procedure. I have recommended him before and will continue to do so.
I brought a good friend with me because I cannot drive at the moment. Dr. Al-Awadby just learned that I have metastatic breast cancer and he was so kind and caring that my friend took one of his cards for her future use! He spent a lot of time answering my questions and giving advice. He did my colonoscopy and I was happy to come back for an endoscopy. He's great.
I feel very fortunate to be under his care . He makes you feel as though you are his only patient—- rare in today’s corporately controlled medical environment.
I went in for regular visit and I had my gastropraesis flare up last week causing severe nausea and his office prescribed promethazine. He is a very caring doctor. He listens to your concerns and gives straight forward answers. He has a kind and gentle heart. I consider myself lucky to have found this great doctor.
Everyone here was super helpful and kind. The office was organized and efficient. William brought me to the back and took my vitals, and he was genuinely nice and made me feel comfortable with his smile. Dr. Al-Awabdy was kind, and had an excellent bedside manner. Even though he was running behind, I didn’t feel rushed by him. Lastly, I saw Ramona, who took my blood for testing. She loves her job, and was caring. After 19 years, she knows what she’s doing, and she does it right the first time.
Doctor Al-Awabdy is amazing, he listen to you and different from other specialists I have seen before he gives you options other than surgery. The only downside was the waiting time, 1:30hrs waiting before he walked to the room. Probably this is an front office issue not his fault. However I do recommend them.
