Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No, no one seemed to notice I was there Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Way too busy. I don't get questions answered thoroughly. I feel rushed even though they are typically about 30 minutes behind on appointments. They see you about 1/2 hour after your appointment to get you to the room and then you wait another 15 to 20 minutes in the room before the doctor comes in. He is typically rushed and doesn't pay too much attention to what you have to say. It seems that he wants to discuss whatever is on his mind, not yours. I won't go back to him again. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call
