Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. It was obvious that they didn't take any pride in their office's appearance. I don't think that place has ever been cleaned. He yells and curses at his employees telling them how f****** stupid they are, and everyone in the lobby could hear him.

No, my decisions were always respected Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this provider treat every client equally?
