I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
