Had an appointment scheduled. Showed up on time, waited 45 minutes just to find out that they don't take my insurance. What a waste of my time, any other dental or medical office would inform about this over the phone. Front office looks ancient, I can only wonder what kind of equipment they have.
Those previous reviews that make no sense to me. This dentist is, by far, the best one I've ever had. His warm, caring manner along with very reasonable rates makes Dr Wills #1 in my book. I would recommend him to anyone.
if i could give 0 stars i would. doesn't honor appointments showed up for my appointment and it was closed. i was told they tried to reach me but my phone must have a new feature where i don't receive voicemails? (ps we confirmed the appointment days before)
