I scheduled an appt. I called to comfirm my appt and verify suite # no answer. When I finally spoke with somone she confirmed my appt time and rudely advised me I couldnt be late. I signed in 5min after my appt time and was told I couldnt be seen bc I was late. I politely asked to speak with Dr. Berman when a screaming woman told me no hes not here and she told me not to be late. Im 5min late and Dr. Berman isnt even here yet...really!!!

I had a consultation to extract my wisdom teeth and I waited in his small, hot waiting room for over 1 hour and 40 minutes and I still did not get to see the doctor because he was going to be "another 15 minutes". Not only did no one in this place apologize, they did not seem to care at all. This was the most ridiculous customer service I have ever seen! I do NOT recommend.

Dr. Berman is great I would recommend him to anyone who needs oral work done

Dr. Barry Berman is knowledgeable, intuitive and thinks hard. He's the kind of no- nonsense doctor who can make a difference. He also is takes Medicare for TMJ - one of only two oral surgeons in Maryland who does. You can take hard to figure cases to him - I think he likes the challenge, He is NOT general dentistry, however. Go to him with chronic issues and he will do everything he can. He makes you feel comfortable. Makes you laugh and relaxed. Dr. Berman pulled all my wisdom teeth, except the one that wasn't affecting anything. Thank You Dr. Berman!!

Received referral to see Dr Berman to extract (simple extraction) my daughters tooth. After I refused sedation for my daughter he berated my decision. Yelled(literally yelled) and tried to bully me into the sedation. When I refused again he told my daughter "if you have pain...you only have your mother to blame." He did this while in the process of extracting my 9 year old daughters tooth. This caused great anxiety for my daughter. I went to this doctor to have my wisdom teeth extracted. What a painless process! I loved him and his staff.

I dread going to the dentist and I know I needed to have a tooth pulled and Dr. Berman was outstanding. He was very considerate and made me feel as comfortable as I could possibly be for having a tooth pulled. Thank you so much, Sherry

Dr. Berman removed a wart from my tongue (full anesthesia) a couple of years ago and this week did a clean-up of a root canal that had developed an infection (local anesthesia). He not only did a great job with both surgeries, but he actually kept me distracted and entertained during the root-canal thing. Because he was going out of town the next week, he and his staff stayed late to do the work, just so I didn't have to suffer with an infection through the holidays.
