Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison!

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes. Everything was recently upgraded Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Parking is behind the building, not obvious. They charge your insurance the full amount allowed for the year- don't know if this is normal or not, but found it odd.
