He was very thorough & explained our sons injuries to us. My 16 yr old felt very comfortable with him.
He was very rude and in a rush when he saw me. He didn't explain treatment or medicine he was prescribing. I managed to squeeze in one question as he was walking out of the door which he responded "ask your general doctor."
I was ref. by my doctor to the Campbell clinic. Dr. Phillips was the only available appt. I wish I would have waited for someone else. I was in the waiting area for an hour & waited in the room for another 45 mins. When he came in was rude & asked why I was there. I told him what my PCP said and he told me he didn't care what my dr said. I described my pain, he started examing me, I made a noise because of the pain & he told me it doesn't hurt. He took 5 mins & diagnosed. Horrible experience
