After a payment issue (over $10), I rec'd a letter in the mail stating that I am being discharged from his care. This was after my very 1st appt. What happened was I was short $10 on my 1st visit. A week later, I paid it, and asked for my records to be sent to my lawyer (for something unrelated.) After getting the letter from the office, I called for a reason. They said it's b/c I'm an unreliable patient b/c it seemed I paid the minimum to get records for my lawyer. They never let me explain.
I am a family member of a hospital patient and veteran to whom Dr. Mangat was consultant. I cannot imagine bringing a CHILD to this man. He is cold and arrogant. To illustrate by example, I repeated back what he said in an effort to clarify because his English is just barely understandable MOST of the time, but at times he lost me. Suddenly he condescendingly snapped, What about this do you not understand?, as if I were the problem. I didn't even initiate the call. He had the nurse get me...
