I had shared a less than favourable review earlier about Dr Baier and her team, that was over 5 years ago. About 2 years ago we were referred back to them and I am a little ashamed at the words I had I wrote earlier. They treat both my children gently and with great care and they don’t ever seem to be in a rush to help my kids. My son has some extra needs and they have always been amazing .with him. He used to be scared and anxious at one time but he has grown to be so comfortable and cooperative because of their kindness and understanding. We had a tooth emergency that we needed to have addressed while we were on vacation and Dr. Krista took the time after hours to help to know what to do until we were able to get into the office. Couldn't ask for better care than that!
My children have gone to this office since their very first dental appointment. We have never had an issue, in fact it has been the very opposite. My children have never complained about going other than they don’t like fluoride treatments but I don’t know anyone who does. My one daughter has had a lot of work done. I have one daughter that grew up diagnosed with a severe anxiety disorder, so to have my children go to the dentist and be relaxed going and relaxed while they are in the chair says a LOT! I highly recommend Dr. Baier and her team for their exceptional work with my son, who has severe nonverbal autism. The assistants demonstrated remarkable knowledge, compassion, and patience throughout the process. Additionally, the anesthesiologist provided outstanding care during the anesthesia procedure.
