My personal experience with Dr Nguyen's office has been very disappointing. I have been trying to be scheduled to see a physical therapy center and Dr Bach Nguyen's Office has to make appointments. The insurance company states that Dr Nguyen's office is not requesting the correct item. Nancy in the office has done a poor job of communicating.She has poor customer service and places blame on the Dr and hangs up the phone and engages in fighting before seeking a solution.

Dr. Nguyen is wonderful! Lately, it has been a little more hectic at his office and here's why. When the ACA kicked in, many people had to switch doctors with their new health plans. When Dr. Nguyen realized how many of his patients were affected, and how many were willing to pay CASH to continue with him, he started the long process of getting approved to accept the plans, just so he could keep seeing the patients that wanted to stay with him, even though he gets paid less for those plans. FYI.

I like Dr. Nguyen; however, there are issues. He inflates blood tests and gives out prescriptions unneeded if the insurance is good. Also, sister acts like a doctor but she isn't and is doing visits she shouldn't. Don't try to make a p.m appt. cuz doc has another job. Needs to give time to current patients and research problems
