The doctor seemed to wanted to get over with the appointment as soon as he came in. 3 hours of waiting in urgent care waiting room and he didn’t even give me 3 minutes of his time. When I asked questions regarding my condition, he seemed pretty irritated having to stand there and answer my questions. I've been a patient of Dr. Bach Nguyen for over 10 years. I first met him at Inland Valley Urgent Care about 20 years ago after getting out of the Navy and moving to Temecula. He had just opened his office and was seeking patients. My family and I have regretted not becoming his patient back then. I have always found Dr. Nguyen to be a highly caring, knowledgeable, and respectful doctor that gives sound advice and treatment to whatever sickness or ailment I encounter. My husband and I have been patients with Dr. Nguyen since 2009. We were one of his first patients and have referred many others to his practice. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable which he increases by working at an emergency clinic in his off-hours. He is a caring clinician that takes the necessary time to evaluate your concerns and provide the best possible medical treatment.
I have been going to Dr Nguyen for nine years. He is one of my favorite doctors! He listens, he cares and he is very informative.
Dr. Nguyen is such a caring thorough doctor. sometimes have to wait in the office before your visit but that is because he spends so much time with patients that you understand why. Would recommend him to anyone.
This doctor is dangerous. Unless you want to be overdosed with meds, avoid at all costs. He already has one malpractice record. Does not properly treat patients but rips off patients with tests, meds or procedure. Hope he gets reported and put out of practice.
Dr. Nguyen over prescribes medicine especially antibiotics and painkillers in spite of his record Having problems with this with the medical board. His sister the NP IS quick to make personal judgments without validity but at least she spends more time with patients. Dr is quick to run in and out of office without double-checking his errors. Dr. Bach is exceptional. I personally feel fortunate to be under his care and guidance. Patient, informative and knowledgeable.
He might want to fire his receptionist and hire some that aren't so rude and disrespectful to their patients
