Arrived on time for my 10:15 am appointment with Dr Boutros. After waiting 1 hour I told the receptionist I was canceling my appointment and left. I was not asked why nor did anyone make any announcement or apologies for the Dr to be running so late. Unprofessional and inexcusable.

Not only did I love working with him, he was also my personal ophthalmologist until I retired and moved away. Great doctor!

They are more concerned about you wearing a mask than with treating you. Go elsewhere. When you walk in the staff is hiding behind plexiglass like you have some horrible disease, They are fearful. I don't trust them anymore.

I have know Ayman Boutros since 1987 when he opened his first practice in Sterling; I have been a patient since. So has my entire family. Within 5 minutes of my Mother sitting in the exam chair, Dr. Boutros tuned to me and said: Ray! Your Mom has a Parkinsonian Stare. HE first diagnosed my Mother's Parkinson! He also performed cataract surgery on her and a number of my friends have had corrective surgery with him. Anytime some one mentions an issue with their eyes I immediately refer them to him
