He is a hypocrite. He sells his opinion to insurance companies to deny treatment for patients he has never seen. He is not a real doctor that cares about helping and healing people.
Deny, deny, deny - That is Dr. Gart's treatment modality. I'm in severe pain, have court-ordered lifetime medical care, yet Dr. Gart looks at a piece of paper and denies me the proper treatment I need. He hasn't met me, talked to me, examined me. He sits in his ivory tower and could care less. Doesn't get any worse that this.
Comes Now, yet another denial, after denial, after denial for COURT ORDERED time 4 medical treatment. I was a victim of a drunk driver. I have had 5 count them Dr. Gart 5 spinal surgeries. I am in constant 10/10 pain. And YOU say No to treatments as ordered by my doctors. You gave a gave an injection in the neck to your patient. But tell my doctors, NO to experimental!!!! For a second time since 2019, This so-called Medical doctor has denied me medical treatment WITHOUT seeing me or talking to my main treating physician. This is a SCAM by Dr. Gart and AIG insurance. For his denial report, AIG pays him $375.00. I sit here in constant pain.
He has denied me medical treatments, WITHOUT even seeing me or talking with my main treating physician. I have had continued medical treatments since I got injured in 1987. FIVE count them, FIVE spinal surgeries, since 1990. He is a URL so-called doctor. He is in Los Angeles, and I am in the San Francisco bay area. He writes reports, then gets $375.00 for each one, from AIG Insurance, to DENY treatment. Based on what I have read about him, he cares more about his HAIR than people. LOSER!!!!
After reading some of the reviews, I almost cancelled my appt with Dr. Gart. However, a friend recommended him despite the reviews. I am very please that I kept my appt because not only was Dr. Gart skilled at performing my cervical injection, he also had a great bedside manner and was very friendly. I recommend this MD.
Rejected treatment without offering any alternative, despite having tried Physical therapy, chiropractic, meds and trigger point in
Dr. Gart was pleasant, knowledgeable, personable and helpful. He took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and addressed them all. I highly recommend him!
