I really like and trust Dr Gremillion however...with his patient base being so large he needs more than "one" employee, Brittany to send over a code to Memorial Imaging and/or see that wrong info has been entered and needs correcting before the code can be sent. Frankie told me today that the reason that an entire week has lasped with no imaging appt made is they were waiting on my insurance to authorize it. I suspected that was wrong.
