Bad doctors there falsely says that we do drugs and went got drug tested and was clear because I work hard and love my family I don't have time for this type of b.s because a doctor thinks something and other thing doctor just give children Tylenol for everything I am going to change this doctor office asap I am disappointed from place horrible do not take take your children here I highly recommend a different doctor zero stars .
I have never experience anything bad until today. I took my son for a check up due to vomiting and stomache and of course is pack early morning checked in and vitals taken quick and waited to be seen by the doctor after a few minutes later a student ask the questions and waited again for doctor while I see the doctor checked other patients that had checked in after me patient after patient was seen I kept waiting until I spoke up with reception checked what’s the hold up wait and couple minutes later I see the doctor checked... read more
From my daughter being injected with double doses of vaccines back to back . To the front staff being extremely rude . To contact billing statements of overcharged payments . To copays being removed from our account and having balance owed . To multiple times waiting for referrals for over a year . This is not the place for your children. Safe yourself the headache and safe yourself from unprofessional staff . Dr Avelino is a good Dr but he no longer is part of the clinic .
I never had problems with the staff especially not the nurses making me spend all day at the pharmacy because “they are under staff”. Which was clearly a lie because I go online and see posts of people having the same problem. My daughter’s prescription wasn’t sent till the next day! Having to go to the doctor for help to avoid and further damage on my kids skin and they end up taking forever to send medication to pharmacy. Not acceptable. Try and put the staff on check. A pediatrician me and my mother will always be grateful for... We met Dr. Alvarez when he admitted me (1999-2000), about a few months old, to the hospital for pneumonia... while my previous primary pediatrician dismissed my mother's concerns and just told her that she wasn't "burping me enough."
