The dentist was good. The front office was horrible, and for that, I will never go back. I called in and made an appointment. The office 1 - said I didn't have an appointment when I came in (false) 2 - shredded the intake form I had filled out by hand and had me do another and 3 - overcharged me by $375 dollars and took no steps to remedy the situation. She is seemingly very nice and friendly and I was excited to go to a qualified female dentist (gender is not what I chose her), but she does not do proper cleanings which has potentially dangerous health implications for patients. I noticed that my cleanings were abnormally short, I timed one at 8mins and my teeth never felt fully clean compared to previous cleanings I’ve had elsewhere. Extremely Rude & unhelpful. The women who answers the phone this very rude and talks to you like she’s the smartest person in the room. I had to ask her a question 4 times before I got an answer. She said she would email some information, I called back a 1/2 later and she said “Wait” your on my list of people to email 😡. Last time I checked it was a press of a button to email someone, she didn’t like that I didn’t back down from her aggressive phone tone😏.

I let Dr Ramsey know that I had I had a cavity on my tooth, which a previous dentist had informed me of but I needed to switch dentist due to health insurance changes. She stated I had no cavity so I left it alone trusting her opinion as a dentist. A few weeks later I’m being told I need a root canal due to the cavity getting so large. Now I need to pay out of pocket almost 4 grand due to her negligence. I’ve had several subpar experiences at this office but this is definitely the most infuriating one.

I first met Dr. Ramsay when I was 17 yrs old and she worked at Greenburg Health Center. She is a compassionate, encouraging and patience dentist. Whenever she moves to a new location, I find her and follow. Am now 44 yrs olds. She is the only dentist that I trust to work on my teeth. She is extremely knowledgeable and honest!! Dr. Ramsey has removed four wisdom teeth. My young nephews are also patients of hers. Great Dentist!!
