The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. Dr. Henderson's office was well organized and inviting. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Dr. Henderson never suggested that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
